Evaluation

The order in which policies are evaluated sometimes matters. This article aims to provide clarity on how policies are prioritized during evaluation.

Proxy Deposits

Policies are grouped into buckets based on effect. Within each bucket, policies are evaluated in chronological order of creation, with older policies taking precedence over newer ones. The first matching policy takes effect.

Freeze policies are evaluated first, sorted from oldest to newest. If there are no matching freezes, forward policies are evaluated. If no policies match, the deposit is processed using the proxy's standard configuration.
